Terms of Service

My Digital Card 360 (mydigitalcard360.in) is run by RIGHTWINMEDIAS (GSTIN 33AJSPM2009A2ZN), 195, Anthonipuram, Suramangalam, Salem - 636 005. By creating an account or a card you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We let you make a digital business card: a web page with your contact details, photos, products and links, that you can share by link or QR code.

2. Your account

• Use your real email address. We send a one-time code (OTP) to check it.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
• One free trial card per person. Making many accounts to get more trials is not allowed, and such accounts may be removed.

3. Free trial

A new card is free for 7 days. If it is not paid for, the card is switched off and, 7 days later, the card and its photos are deleted for good. We send reminders by email before this happens.

4. Prices, payment and invoices

• The price is shown on our website and on the payment page. GST at 18% is added.
• Payment is by Google Pay / UPI to rightwinmedias.ibz@icici. After paying, send the payment details and screenshot on WhatsApp to +91 98427 16692. We switch your card on after we confirm the payment, normally within one working day.
• A quotation (proforma invoice) is not a tax invoice. Your GST tax invoice is issued after payment is confirmed. If you want your GSTIN on the invoice, give it to us before payment.
• Your card stays active for the period you paid for (usually one year). We remind you before it ends. If it is not renewed, the card is switched off.
• Refunds: if we cannot switch your card on within 7 days of confirming your payment, we refund it in full. After the card is switched on, payments are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

5. What you put on your card

You are responsible for everything on your card. It must be true and legal. Do not post anything that is false or misleading, copies someone else's brand or work, is adult, hateful or violent, or sells things that are banned. We may remove content or switch off a card that breaks these rules, without refund.

6. UPI Shop add-on

• With this add-on, visitors to your card can see a UPI QR for your own UPI ID and send their order to your WhatsApp.
• Money goes straight from the buyer to you. We do not receive, hold or pass on buyers' money, and we are not a party to the sale.
• You are the seller. You are responsible for your prices, taxes, products, delivery, returns, refunds and complaints, and for following the law (including consumer protection and GST rules that apply to you).
• Buyers: please check the seller before you pay. Contact the seller first for any problem with an order. You can report a card that looks fake using the "Report a problem" link on the card.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running all the time but cannot promise it will never be down. We may change features to improve the service.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the card in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for losses caused by the content of cards or by sales between sellers and buyers.

9. Ending the service

You can ask us to delete your card or account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

10. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
