This policy explains what personal data My Digital Card 360, run by RIGHTWINMEDIAS, 195, Anthonipuram, Suramangalam, Salem - 636 005, collects and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
- Account: your name, email, mobile number and password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form). We also note the IP address used to sign up, to stop fake sign-ups.
- Your card: what you type and upload (business name, contact details, photos, products, links). Your card is public: anyone with the link can see it.
- Billing: the name, address and GSTIN you give us for invoices, and payment references (UPI transaction IDs) you send us.
- Messages: what you send through our contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
2. What we do not collect
We do not see or keep your UPI PIN or bank details. When a visitor orders from a card with the UPI Shop add-on, the order goes from the visitor's own WhatsApp to the seller, and payment goes from the visitor's UPI app to the seller. We do not store the buyer's name, phone or order.
3. Why we use it
- To make and show your card, and to run your account.
- To send you OTP codes, trial and renewal reminders, quotations and invoices.
- To keep tax records required by GST law.
- To stop misuse, fake accounts and fraud.
We do not sell your personal data.

- Our web host stores the website and its database.
- QR code images are made by an outside QR service (api.qrserver.com), which receives the link or payment details shown in the QR.

- WhatsApp and your email provider handle the messages you send through them, under their own policies.
5. Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep it
- Unpaid trial cards are deleted 14 days after they are made. Unconfirmed accounts with no card are deleted after a few days.
- Paid cards are kept while they are active and for a short time after they end, so you can renew.
- Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently about 6 years).
